Hey, I really love the product! I just received the identical message that they cannot fulfill my order!!???? I have NO complaints with this product, and I expect it to become bit messy in summer months!. Why is this product no longer available from the service provider? We offered this toy as a gift for our 6 year outdated son. It looks lots like a Lego Hero Factory figure which he in point of fact enjoys. If you might be in search of a cool, fun, and interactive toy--look for one thing else. The connectors which are supposed to carry it together do not match tightly enough to hang the pieces collectively. It literally falls aside. The milds only work if the battery pack is hooked up. The battery pack dangle three AA batteries and is so heavy and cumbersome that my son can no longer play with the "space trooper." The pack is so heavy it pulls the pinnacle and/or legs off of the trooper. Unless you intend on assembling it and leaving it stationary as an evening mild, do not buy this toy. This toy is a big disappointment.

We bought 2 for our grandsons who're brothers. The items were too flimsy and no longer simply secured to one another. Arms & heads stored falling off on the slightest touch. Mom & grandma (myself) needed to position collectively and have been each disapointed in the general product. The children have never performed with them given that. Waste of our saved Christmas money.

1. image of merchandise is NOT the same as received
2. with batteries inserted, still does not light up
3. sections ruin apart simply and does now not stay together that mimics a robot
IF YOU ARE A SMART PERSON, DON'T INVEST ANY TIME INTO THIS ITEM. obviously I've realized my lesson!

The toy falls aside very simply. It looks interesting however is almost impossible to play with. The battery pack is heavy and does no longer clip on. Even with out the battery pack, sections pop off when you decide it up.
