I found these sets and needed to come to a decision which one I would purchase first. Of direction, each set comes with General Zod and Superman which makes the twelve dollar set mostly redundant. I bought this set for the additional minifigure and for the "escape pod." After building the set I was once reasonably disenchanted. I really have bought many Lego sets up to now few years and this one felt missing. The escape pod is good but truly small and does not have any options excluding the glass section which opens and closes. The section for General Zod incorporated a neat sliding door characteristic I have by no implys considered in Lego earlier than, but the one thing extra incorporated was a couple of flick-fire missiles. The set is reasonably small. Despite the set's smallness, the set is various fun. Though it lacks cool options and dimension, the set continues to be nice and placing it with the film scene should make it much extra thrilling. The actual side that makes it fun is the minifigures. Superman and General Zod are in each set, however they're still very cool and specific. Zod comes with not obligatory armor, including a helmet, or that you might be able to put off sections of it and add hair. He comes with a gun and two totally different faces on every side.
